    Some people trying to politicize Siddhi Naik death case: CM Sawant

    PORVORIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today clarified that police have been doing a thorough investigation into the Siddhi Naik death case.

    CM Sawant also said that some people were trying to politise the case.

    “Today i want to clarify that Goa Police had been doing a good job and had been conducting the thorough investigation into the Siddhi Naik death case,” said CM Sawant

    He further said that police investigation found out that google search data of her mobile revealed that she was constantly searchingabout ill-effects of covid.

    “I want to say that re-investigation into Siddhi Naik death case could not get any leads as everyone related to her was questioned,” he said

    Meanwhile, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant also said that crime detection rate in Goa is the highest in the country and the state government will introduce the Tenent Verification Bill.

    Goa Forward Party MLA Vijai Sardesai said that in any case, viscera preservation should have been definitely advised.
