PANAJI: Today, BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanawade slammed the opposition for criticizing the state government for over 100 per cent vaccination, stating that they should help identify those left to be vaccinated.
“The opposition is blaming state government led by CM Pramod Sawant for achieving 100 per cent vaccination of the first dose. Instead of blaming, help the state government to identify those still left to be vaccinated,” said Tanawade
Further reacting to LoP Digambar Kamat’s statements on 100 per cent vaccination, he said Digambar should help us identify people who are still left without vaccination.
Tanawade said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 18 will interact via video conference with people from Goa, including health workers, cabinet ministers, bureaucrats and members of the public.
“We have also decided to take up various programs in state from tomorrow till October 2 to commemorate PM Birthday,” said Tanawade.
PM Modi had recently tweeted congratulating Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and health workers in the state for completing 100 per cent coverage of the first dose of the Covid vaccine.
