Interestingly, it is learnt that some sea-bound organizations from Betul and other coasts had asserted their claim and were supposed to come to take possession, even as this ball-like object that floats in water is reportedly used by Navy, Sea Bird, Captain of Ports, NIO for their sea-Vessels.
After this ball was found washed ashore on Palolem beach, it was learnt that it was informed to all the concerned organizations. Accordingly, Navy, Sea Bird and Captain of Port officers came and inspected. However, it is learnt that the said authorities informed them that the object did not belong to any of them.
