“Toilet and Changing room at Morjim beach which was gutted in fire will be ready within in 7 days, other facilities at the beaches will be implemented after taking local MLA into consideration,” said Khaunte.
A fire had broken out early morning in two toilet blocks belonging to the Tourism Department in the Temwada- Morjim coastal area.

The estimated loss from the incident is reported to be around Rs 25 lakhs. Initial investigations suggest that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit.
