MARGAO: A citizen of Uttar Pradesh was apprehended by the Margao police when they discovered him in possession of a dried, leafy, floral material that seemed to be ganja on Margao’s Old Station Road.
The Margao police have confiscated and seized 304 grams of ganja, valued at Rs 30,400, from the market.
The drug was discovered in the possession of the accused Omprakash S/o Rammurat, who was born in Parsiy, Chajar Ghatta, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, behind Damodar Lodge in Malbhat.
JMFC Margao has apprehended the accused and placed them under three days police custody.
