The Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, who sometimes forgets that he was chosen as chief minister candidate by the Manohar Parrikar when he was on his death bed. Isn’t it Mr Sawant? Don’t you feel indebted to his family?
Mr Satish Dhond, Mr Sadanand Shet Tanavade has the party forgotten Parrikar so soon. The truth is BJP has just used Parrikar’s name to get sympathy and electoral benefit? So what is wrong if his own son wants to use his name to get into politics? After all begin his son, Utpal has every right to take credit for good and bad works, if any, done by his father.
For every party function or election rallies all top BJP leaders used Parrikar’s name to get people’s sympathy even after his death.
If Mr CM, Mr Tanavade and Mr Dhond have forgotten that in the last days of his life, the party did not allow him time to spend with family.
Even when he was on hai death bed the party asked him to continue as chief minister to maintain stability in Government as they felt if he was changed the alliance partners would no longer stay. So for the greed of power they used Parrikar. And as a loyal soldier he continued to listen to the diktats of PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.

This is the sad story of Utpal Parrikar, the son of the legendary late Manoharbhai Parrikar, who not only gave his entire life to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the State and across the country but his son was ignored just like he does not exist.
Yes, Utpal Parrikar was overlooked by BJP for the criminally tainted Babush Monseratte in Panaji but the party conveniently forgot his father’s contributions to the party.
Today, whatever the party is in Goa and has been able to form government for third time is only because of the efforts of Manohar Parrikar.

Not just they used him to retain power but made full use of his last few days of his life to gain sympathy. They took him places with pipes in the nose and catheter hanging around.
That must have been painful when a person is battling cancer. Wasn’t this inhuman Mr CM, Mr Tanavade and Mr Dhond?
Did you guys realise what pain his family must have gone through seeing their their father in such a pain?
Would any of other party leaders family make such a sacrifice?
After his wife’s death, Parrikar brought up his son as a single parent and was very attached to both Utpal and Abhijaat.
So if Joshua D’Souza can get a ticket in Mapusa after death of his father lte Francis D’Souza, why not Utpal?
Yes agreed Utpal has not made any significant contribution to the party, but what has Deviya Rane or Jennifer Monseratte done to get the second ticket in the family?
It is easy to neglect Utpal saying he is trying to use his fathers name but the BJP has forgotten that along with Parrikar his family too has done lots of sacrifices, which only a few remember today.
