MARGAO: The South Goa Collector has officially handed over Land approximately 4.00Lakhs sq.mts of Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhan Ltd. Dayanandnagar, Dharbandora, for setting up the campus of National Forensic Science University.
The Union Home Minister Amit Shah had recently laid the foundation stone for the NFSU project.
“Kindly refer to your possession Certificate No. SSSK/Adm/424/2021 22 dated 11/10/2021, wherein as directed by the Director of Agriculture, Krishi Bhavan Tonca Caranzalem-Goa, conveying approval of Government to transfer the land approximately 4.00 Lakhs Sq.mts of Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited Dayanand Nagar Dharbandora, for setting up of campus of National Forensic Science University and International Law University in the State of Goa,” the letter by Dy CollectorSnehal Prabhu reads.
Further, it says “In this connection you are hereby directed to take necessary steps to get the name of Revenue Department mutated in the survey records of survey No. 36/1 of village Pilliem of Dharbandora taluka to the extent of 4.00 Lakhs. Sq.mts area based on the possession Certificate and letter issued by the Director of Agriculture, Krishi Bhavan Tonca Caranzalem-Goa.”
“Further, you may furnish the copy of mutated form I & XIV for record of this office. This is issued with the approval of the Collector-South,” the letter reads
