PANJIM: Goa saw a total of 414 positive cases on Monday while 391 were declared cured. Also 9 deaths were reported today.
123 suspects were admitted in hospital isolation.
As per the bulletin issued by Directorate of Health Services (DHS), a 65-year old Male from Pajirfond-Margao, brought dead today at South Goa district hospital, was later tested positive.
The other deceased include 69 year old Male and 71 year old Male from St Inez- Panjim, 85 year male from Ribandar, 53 year old male patient from Ponda, 52 year old male from West Bengal, 51 year old from Merces and 68 year old female from Sanvordem.
One unidentified male person, admitted in ESI, was declared dead with co-morbid condition.
Further, of the total 2,252 samples tested for COVID-19, 414 were declared positive while 1,,582 were negative. The test result of 256 samples is awaited.
