Panaji: The accused was arrested from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He was wanted in several cases including trials pending before JMFC Margao and Mapusa.
He was arrested under 370 (3) r/w 34 IPC and section 4,5 & 7 of ITP Act 1956.
Besides this case accused is also involved in crime Branch PS crime u/s 370 (3) IPC sec. 4,5 & 7 of ITP Act and 2 cases are pending trial before JMFC margao and Mapusa.
