Police identified the deceased as Shameer Babusab Nadaf, a resident of Madel, Thivim, originally from Belgaum, Karnataka. He was admitted to GMC on April 16, 2025, following a self-accident while riding pillion with his cousin from Auchitwado towards Thivim main road. Team Goemkarponn Vasco: Police are investigating the death of an unidentified man, believed to be a beggar, whose body was found lying on a footpath near Tilak Maidan, Kharewaddo. According to police, information was first received from Robot staff, and 108 ambulance personnel later confirmed the man’s death at the scene. The deceased, estimated to be between 55 and 60 years old, had no identification on him.
