The deceased was identified as Amrut Pundalik Parmar, a native of Karnataka who had reportedly arrived in Goa around 15 days ago and was staying with relatives in Zuarinagar. Team Goemkarponn VERNA: Verna Police have registered a case after a man allegedly assaulted his elder brother with a knife at their residence in Cansaulim on Tuesday afternoon. According to the complaint lodged by Jose Francisco Filipine Sequeria, a resident of Cansaulim, the incident occurred at around 1:00 p.m. on June 9 at his residence. The complainant alleged that his younger brother, Ricardo Cornel Sequeria, also a resident of Cansaulim, assaulted him with a knife and fled from the spot after the incident.
