The 23-year-old Manipur lady who was the victim alleged to the police that Singh had forced her to have sex against her will. Both the victim and the accused worked at the hotel where the event happened in the staff room. She was the wife of Freedom Fighter Anstasio Almeida Sister of Freedom Fighter Ramesh Hodarkar and Corporate Director Aravind Hodarkar.
