The incident occurred at Mopa in North Goa around 5:15 pm on Wednesday, according to an MIA spokesperson. “MIA implemented a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) until 8 pm to repair the damaged lights and restore normal airport operations,” the spokesperson said.
