Goemkarponn desk PORVORIM: Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho said that all government vehicles older than 15 years are to be scrapped, according to a  Ministry of Road Transport and Highways notification. The vehicles owned by the state, including buses owned by public transport corporations and public sector undertakings, must be deregistered and scrapped. “As of now, we have to see who comes on board to set up the vehicle scrap facility; we have asked for an expression of interest.
