  Goemkarponn desk MAPUSA: In continuation with the photography drive initiated by Goa Police, more violators were booked today. As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi today around 70 people were booked for violations today in Mapusa, Colvale and Anjuna areas. Their photographs have been clicked, and challans will be issued for their violation. A total of 450 violators have been booked in the last 03 days. SDPO Dalvi informed that the number of violators has been reduced significantly today owing to this drive.

After proposing names to elect the president, MMC chairperson Leo Rodrigues who chaired the meeting declared Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar as the president of the Shigmotsav celebration.
