With this, consumers can now use this technology on their electricity bills to pay their bills via UPI-linked apps such as Gpay, OnePe, and Bhim. The workers said they are issued frequent memos, and fines are cut from salaries on one or other pretext, thus harassed. The locals said they have been suffering for the last five years pending the sewerage work at Daag-Ponda. Locals said the government must provide relief considering festival time.
