New Delhi:The Centre on Friday announced that the temporary ban on flights to India from the United Kingdom will be lifted from January 8, and operations will be allowed in a restricted manner for the next two weeks. New Delhi: The Oxford COVID-19 vaccine manufactured by the Serum Institute of India will be sent for approval to the regulator Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) by a government-appointed panel of experts. Margao: The Konkan Railway Police arrested three person, all native of Ghaziabad, who had committed theft of mobiles worth rupees five lakhs. The police recovered 23 mobiles worth Rs 5lakhs. The Konkan Railway police said the accused were supposed to escape Goa by train. The 23 mobiles were stolen from a shop in Baga, Calangute during Christmas and New Year night. The arrested are Mukesh, son of Bhagwandas Singh, aged 25 years, Mazhar Mohammed Ahmed, 33 years and Nizam Babu Khan, 32 years.
