CANACONA – An illegal construction in a private land at Loliem village is demolished on Thursday.
According to sources, under the order and direction District Collector(South), Mamladar Prataprao Naik Gaonkar, holding additional charge of Canacona Mamlatdar carried out the demolition of an illegal construction which came up in a private land in Loliem.
Land owner Prasanna Acharya, Circle Inspector Rohidas Gaonkar, Sub-Inspector Suhas Velip, and staff of various other departments were present, where a JCB was pressed into service to demolished the illegal construction, sources informed.
