PANAJI: Minister Babush Monserrate said that the BJP should increase its outreach to minority populations and that he would try to recruit more minority members to the party.
“Many minority community members whom I have met say that they are there with me,” Monserrate emphasized, emphasizing that the party’s focus should also be on minorities.
I am at a party, yet I am aware that they are with me. Given the general agreement over the party, we should all adhere to the philosophies. We must bring everyone with us.
“We should all endeavor to reach out to minorities more. Monserrate, the Panaji MLA, stated, “I will work forward in that direction; I want to get more minority community members into the party so that we have a balance.”
He was addressing after Pundalik Shetye was unanimously elected as the new Panaji BJP mandal president by the party.
This is the first time the BJP has been able to secure all 30 booths in Panaji, according to Sadanand Shet Tanavade, state BJP president and ajya Sabha MP.
According to Tanavade, the party has enrolled 4,25 lakh primary members throughout the state and 16,400 primary members in the Panaji assembly district.
