CANACONA: in a strong appeal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad president Mohan Amshekar asked Hindu bandavs to buy fruits, eatables only from Hindu traders even if it costs a couple of rupees more.
Speaking at the meeting called by Hindavi Swaraj Sangathan, Amshekar said, ‘it is fine, even if it costs a little more, but buy the goods only from a Hindu person. Thus, those who are trying to impose authoritarianism on Hindus, will be forced to stop on their own.Some countries in Europe have done this’.
Amshekar further advocated that Flowers, fruits, vegetables and other things should also be taken from a Hindu person. ‘Hindu society has suffered a lot so far. Now, the water has reached upto our (Hindus) neck. Do not rent or sell your land and houses to Muslims’.
In a specially called meeting by Hindavi Swaraj Sangathan (HSS) over the last few days development arising over HSS demand to permanently ban ‘Juluse’ by muslim community in Canacona, heads/office bearers of various Temple/Devasthan Committees, Ganeshotsav Mandals and a few of like-minded Hindus was held at Devgipurus Devasthan Hall at Patnem on Wednesday.
While HSS Canacona Adhyaks Dilkush Shet in his welcome address stated the Community in question is trying everything to push their agenda, and Islamise Canacona which were also foiled by alert Hindus, reietered HSS commitment that no ‘Juluse’ in whatsoever nature will be allowed to be held in Canacona.
Shri Mallikarjun Devasthan President Vithoba Desai, Parshuram Devalaya, Poinguinim president Udhay Prabhu Gaonkar, Rajbag-Tarir Devasthan president Ratnakar Dhuri, School Headmaster Jitendra Amshekar, Sidharth Desai, Swapnil Gaonkar spoke and shared their views on the ongoing ‘Juluse’ denial imbroglio raging all over the State of Goa.
Incidentally, HSS called meeting was moderated by Suraj Komarpant and attended amongst others by a large number of Hindus.
