On 27th February, 2021, Candidates backed by Hon’ble MLA of Panaji Shri. Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate namely Narsinvha (Nilesh) Morajkar (Ward 19) and Aditi Chopdekar (Ward 18) offered coconut at the sacred feet of Lord Hanuman in Maruti Temple, Marutigad, Mala.
A large gathering was present to support the candidates and seek blessings of lord before the campaign.

Babush Monserrate and BJP for offering him an opportunity to serve the people in his ward. While Ms. Aditi Chopdekar thanked Babush Monserrate and Sadanand Shet Tanawade for giving youth a chance to represent the ward. She expressed that she would be a voice to the problems of the ward and will strive for betterment.
