PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today informed schools across the state will commence from Monday, June 21 in online mode.

The Directorate of Education in Goa has recommended that school sessions for classes I to XII should continue to be conducted online when the academic year 2021-22 commences on June 21, an official said on Wednesday.
“The department has recommended to the state government that school sessions should be conducted online when the new academic year starts. The final decision will be taken by the state government,” the official said.
He further informed that Goa government has released benefits to 3,700 Ladli Laxmi beneficiaries since Jan 19 and one month aid will be released for Griha Aadhar beneficiaries this month
Informing that the aid under Griha Aadhar is pending since last 4 months, CM said money due for one month will be released in June and within next 3 months the fund release will be streamlined.
