CURCHOREM: Curchorem Police arrested two persons in connection with theft and robbery cases from South Goa.
These suspects were caught at Hubli. Stolen gold, silver, other jewelry and also cash amounting to Rs 2.21 lakh twenty one thousand which were recovered.
As per the details revealed by Curchorem PI Ravi Desai, the suspects were reportedly involved in a burglary case in South Goa.
South Goa police district squad led by Inspector Ravi Desai had sent a special team to Hubli wherein the team managed to nabb two suspects allegedly involved in house burglary cases. The names of the arrested persons were Gabby Fernandes and Mohammad Hussain from Kolbi.
He further informed that the most notable accomplishment in this case was the sub-inspector of Curchorem police station Gautam Shetkar under his command the Curchorem police squad, who went to Hubli on a tip-off from a reliable source and arrested two suspects.
After the arrest, police found stolen gold, silver, other jewelry and also cash amounting to Rs 2.21 lakh twenty one thousand which were recovered from them.
