PANAJI: Goa’s Dabolim International Airport has secured the third position in the recently conducted Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey for the period April to June 2022.
The survey was undertaken based on passenger satisfaction, business performance, and airport service quality.
Varanasi International Airport secured first place with 4.96 points on a five-point scale.
In the survey, Raipur scored the second position with 4.95 points, and Goa and Indore jointly secured the third position with 4.93 points.
The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey is the world-renowned and internationally established global benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction whilst they travel through an airport, conducted by the Airports Council International (ACI).
The ASQ Awards recognise those airports worldwide that deliver the best customer experience in the opinion of their own passengers.
The ASQ programme provides the research tool and management information to better understand passengers’ views and what they want from an airport from the products and services standpoint.
