Panaji: Even as the people are yet to recover from the COVID19 pandemic shock, there is a new disease spreading in Statari.
Gastro cases have been reported from Bhrama Karmali village of Nagargao Panchayat in Sattari Taluka.
The Community Health Centre (CHC) Valpoi has dispatched a team to village to find out the exact reason forGastro cases.
The CHC team has collected water and stool samples.
The team members said the reports will be available in couple of days.
According to villagers around 30 villagers including children have fallen ill complaining of Diarrhea and Vomiting.
