Panaji: In a proud moment for Goa’s burgeoning startup ecosystem, Spintly—a homegrown tech venture revolutionising access control—has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation under the Startup India Mission. The recognition was presented during the Sankalp Se Siddhi celebration, commemorating 11 years of the Modi Government and one year of Modi 3.0.
