PANAJI: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Amit Patkar has accused Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar of arm-twisting the Mormugao Port Authority (MPA)
“BJP is encouraging the “Extortion Mafia” in Goa; Political interference at the Mormugao Port by BJP MLA Sankalp Amonkar, which caused a delay in the transportation of bauxite,” said Patkar.
He further said that MLA Amonkar put the transportation of bauxite on hold for over ten days and it’s shocking to learn that, surprisingly, the government did nothing.
Patkar claimed that the BJP is taking advantage of every chance to become wealthy. In the upcoming Loksabha Elections, we urge Goans to be vigilant and give the BJP a lesson, Patkar stated.
“Is Sankalp Amonkar Minister for Extortion of Dr Pramod Sawant led BJP Goa Government? We demand PM Modi should take serious note of this. This is the Business Model of BJP, CM Sawant and Sadanand Shet Tanavade are shareholders & hence silent?,” he added.
