PANAJI: The Directorate of Mines and Geology (DMG) today has invited tenders and bids for the auction of Plant and machinery under the name of a style of M/s Esmeralda Metal and minor minerals located in survey No. 33/1 & 34/1 at Borcottem of Collem village of Dharbandora taluka.
The estimated value of Plant and machinery is Rs. 13,39,030/- and the estimated value of minor minerals is Rs. 65,35,500.
Two separate tender documents giving tender conditions along with the details of Plant & machinery and the quantum of minor minerals are available for purchase @Rs.500/- each in the office of this Directorate.
Upon receipt of a written request or an email, the official of this Directorate will show the site to the bidder/s who have purchased the bid document.
Separate financial bids are to be submitted for Plant & machinery and minor minerals, and it is not compulsory to bid for both.
The last date for receipt of the financial bid with relevant details is 15-3-2023 by 3.00 pm, which is compulsory to be put in the tender box kept in the office of the Directorate. Any bid not put in the tender box will be rejected.
The Court of Bombay at Goa in PIL (SUO MOTO) No. 01/2019 vide order dated 23/01/2023 has directed the Director of Mines & Geology to auction the Plant & Machinery under the name of a style of M/s Esmeralda Metal and minor minerals located in survey No. 33/1 & 34/1 at Borcottem of Collem village of Dharbandora taluka.
