SANGUEM: A devastating fire caused by an LPG cylinder blast completely destroyed a hut in Velipwada, Bhatim, Sanguem, late last night.
The hut owner, Shrimati Gaonkar, and her young daughter had a narrow escape as they were at a neighbor’s house when the fire broke out. Unfortunately, the blaze destroyed all their household belongings, including a cupboard, cash, and valuable gold jewellery.
The fire has left the family homeless. Local authorities have begun an investigation to determine the cause of the LPG cylinder explosion and are offering support to the affected family during this difficult time.
