PANAJI: The Goa Electricity Department has arranged a planned shutdown at 220/110/33/11 KV Tivim Substation in North Goa on May 28, 2023, from 06.00 am to 12.00 pm to carry out pre-monsoon maintenance of 220 KV and 110 KV equipments like Bus isolators, Transformer Isolators, breakers etc. and replacing of one section of the existing 110 KV Main bus with twin conductor. Therefore there will be no electricity supply to the entire Bardez and Pernem Taluka electricity consumers.
Power supply will be made available to essential services like Assonora water works and District Hospital etc., as informed by the Department of Information and Publicity.
