PANAJI: In a new twist to the sex scandal involving Goa Minister, the victim has filed an FIR against Congress leader and others for pressurizing her to do an alleged video naming the Minister
The woman whose video and audio has gone viral is a resident of the Mufassil police station area of Bettiah.
Today an FIR has been registered at Mufassil police station on his statement. The woman has termed the Minister’s allegation of sexual abuse as wrong and called him her helper.

In the case, Mufassil SHO Ugranath Jha told that the woman is a resident of his police station area, but the place of incident is from another state, so a zero FIR has been registered and sent to Margao police in South Goa. Goa Police will investigate the matter and take further action.
The woman said that she used to live in Goa with her husband in 2007. The husband died in a vehicle accident on May 27 2018. She was introduced to this Minister during the legal process of getting compensation. The Minister contributed a lot in this work.
In the FIR, he has told in the FIR that Yashwant Ghonasekar, Sanu alias Prajyot, local Congress leader Sankalp Amonkar, Damodar Divkar and two unknown people have taken advantage of his helplessness. Video, audio and photo have been made to give the temptation of financial help.
After that, it was made viral on social media to earn money by editing it with the computer. The woman has lodged a complaint against these people under extortion, molestation, conspiracy and IT Act.
GPCC President Girish Chodankar had also said in the press conference that if the BJP-led coalition government did not act against the Minister, the party would release evidence in the public domain ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Goa on December 19.
