DABOLIM: BJP Goa Election Incharge Devendra Fadnavis today said that Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Goa will act as a major boost for the BJP ahead of the Assembly elections slated for February 2022.
“Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Goa will act as a major boost for the BJP ahead of the Assembly elections slated for February 2022. He will hold series of meetings with BJP leaders and MLA’s to chalk out a strategy,” said Fadnavis after his arrival in Goa
He further said that Shah will review election preparations and also will hold talks with workers and MLAs.
“Shah will take stock of the overall situation in the run-up to the Assembly elections, slated to be held in the next 3-4 months,” he added.
Shah will hold discussions with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, cabinet ministers, party MLAs, leaders, office-bearers and activists.
According to the schedule, Amit Shah will attend the Bhumi Pujan of National Forensic Science University at Dharbandora and later attend the inauguration of the Transit Building for NFSU at Curti Ponda.
“Pramukh Karyakarta Margdarshan At Taliegao Community Centre tomorrow and then he will hold a meeting with MLA’s and ministers at Marriot hotel,” the BJP said.
