PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today said that the BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanawade and BJP Central leadership are in talks to discuss about the possible alliance.
“BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanawade and BJP Central leadership are in talks to discuss about the possible alliance; i do not want to comment on this issue at the moment,” said CM Sawant on the sidelines of an government event
He further said that final decision on alliance will be taken by central leaders of the party, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP president J P Nadda.
CM Sawant had earlier said that BJP is open for an alliance with “like-minded” parties, including the former ally MGP, for the upcoming legislative assembly
