ALTHINO: BJP Goa President Sadanand Shet Tanavade today has hinted at cabinet reshuffle soon.
He was speaking to reporters after meeting CM Pramod Sawant at his official residence.
“CM Pramod Sawant chaired crucial BJP State unit meeting ahead of organizational elections; the election to elect new Mandal & also district committees will be completed before Jan 10,” said Tanavade
He further said that focus this year is to strengthen party organization.
“You might see cabinet reshuffle this year,” he added
Tanawade claimed that the reshuffle problem has been simmering with the central BJP leadership for a while and is also justified.
The head of the state BJP added that after all relevant decisions are made, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant will formally notify the party of the situation.
“To strengthen the organization of BJP and to ensure a BJP government in 2027, we will be holding various meetings with our core team in North and south Goa to conduct mandal elections before January 10,” Tanavade added
