CANACONA: TCP (Dy. Town Planner), Canacona has filed a police complaint against illegal cutting in Khola village.
According to Canacona Police, Ashok Prabhu Dessai, resident of Margao is accused of illegal Hill-Cutting at his property bearing Survey no.132/9 of Khola village.
Dy. Town Planner Canaocna office of TCP staff Rohas Bhandari (D’man Grade-II) in his police complaint alleged that Prabhudessai, residing at Margao carried out illegal Hill-Cutting, approx.admeasuring 30 metres x 10 Metres for his personal gain.
Police booked Ashok Prabhudessai U/sec. 17 A of TCP Act 1974 and further investigation was carried out by ASI, Rohidas G. Gaonkar of Canacona Police Station.
