CANACONA – The 3- days Pratham Punyathiti Mahotsav of Shri Vidhyadhiraj Tirth Swami Shripad Vader begin with the Governor of Goa P S Shridharan Pillai’s visit at Shri Partagali Jeevottam Mutt on Friday.
The Hari Smaranam program began at 5.30 am with Nirmalya Visarjana, followed by Phalodaka Abhisekh and Kanakaabhisekh to Shri Ramdev at 7 am and after commencements of Mantra Havans newly constructed Residential rooms were Inaugurated at the hands of H H Vidhyadeesh Teerth Swami.
Governor P S Shridharan Pillai arrived and paid his obeisance as Shree Ramdev VeerVeer Vithal Mahapooja was held in the Mutt.
Later in the evening, other religious programs are held.
Power Minister will be visiting the Mutt on the second day on Saturday, while chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant and a few other ministers are also likely to visit the Mutt for Punyatithi Mahotsav at Partagas on Sunday.

Over 10,000 devotees and others from the world over and particularly from Karnataka, Kerala and Goa are expected to participate in the 3-days First Punyatithi of Vidhyadhiraj Tirth Swami.
