CANAOCNA: AAM (AYUSH) Agonda conducted “Training on Zero waste management of Banana leaves and Menstrual health awareness at Ayushgram Agonda.
The Ayush cell organised the training in collaboration with HLL Lifecare Limited, Trivandrum, where 49 people from Agonda benefitted,
AYUSH CHO: Dr.Shradha Naik, besides Dy. Director Ayush Dr Minal Joshi, Ayurvedic Dr Divakerji Velip, CHC Canacona Physician Medical Officer Dr Satish, and Homoeopathic Consultant Dr Vidhya Malik, were present and lighted traditional lamp to mark the inauguration of the training.
The Resource Persons were Mrs Dhanya MS Training Coordinator, Mrs Vinod Mohan Menstrual Cup Trainer, Mr S K Babu, who spoke on menstrual hygiene, and Mr Mohan Khanna the Eco-friendly product trainer provided inputs on waste management of Banana Leaf.
A total of 49 beneficiaries including young girls and women were the beneficiaries of the training program.-
