CANACONA: Vishwajit Varik with a vision to bring sustainable and Green projects in the village is re-elected unopposed as the President of Loliem-Polem Communidade.
‘The focuses are on Sustainable Projects and to bring Green Revolution in Loliem-Polem Comunidade lands’, said the jubilant Warik, after getting re-elected for yet another term and that too unopposed.
Speaking further, Warik said, ‘People are happy with my work and all the decisions taken by me and my Ex-Co are for the betterment of the communidade and the villagers. Furthermore, I will ensure that all the decisions taken in the prior term will be completed soon. I thank all the ‘Zonkara’ for re-imposing their faith in me and our team. Our priority is to utilise the uncultivable and a lot of barren land of communidade of Loliem-Polem village by introducing non-polluting green projects to promote sustainable development in our village. This is a significant step towards the village’s growth and environmental conservation.’
