PANAJI: PWD will come up with a whitepaper on the KA open air stage roof collapse incident, informed PWD Minister Nilesh Cabral after inspecting the collapse site along with PWD Principle Chief Engineer.
We will study whether the work is in present scope of the contractor, whether extra load was put on the old structure etc and prepare a report, Nilesh added.
