PANAJI: BJP National President Nitin Nabin interacted with young people from across Goa at the Yuva Samvad event, discussing their aspirations, expectations and vision for the state’s future. Nabin said the programme was not merely about sharing guidance with the youth but also about learning from their ideas and perspectives.
Speaking after the interaction, Nabin described the youth as Goa’s pride and said discussions focused on how they wished to contribute to the state’s development. The interaction also covered their expectations from the Goa government and the BJP’s organisational leadership in the state.
Nabin expressed satisfaction with the confidence shown by young participants in Chief Minister Pramod Sawant’s governance. He said they were optimistic that the roadmap for a ‘Viksit Goa’ by 2037 would be achieved under Sawant’s leadership.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant also described Yuva Samvad as an effective platform for engaging with young people. He said the session allowed participants to raise questions directly with Nabin, who responded to their queries, while Sawant also addressed some of the questions put to him.
Sawant said the interaction provided an opportunity to understand the youth’s vision for a ‘Viksit Bharat’ and address their concerns. He praised the format of the programme, emphasising the importance of listening to young people and understanding their expectations.
