    PANAJI: The High Court has declined to grant interim relief seeking a stay on the implementation of the 100-point reservation roster and seat matrix for postgraduate medical courses at Goa Medical College (GMC) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

    The plea sought to halt the implementation of the reservation framework and the associated seat matrix pending further proceedings.
