PANAJI: Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL) today said that it will replace all faulty power cables identified during the road work will be systematically replaced to enhance reliability and resilience in the long term.

During the course of ongoing road work in St. Inez, our team encountered an unforeseen issue involving a damaged cable. An immediate action was taken to address the situation and ensure uninterrupted service for residents and businesses in the area.
It was determined that an old cable had sustained a short circuit. Our team promptly disconnected the damaged cable to prevent any further disruptions. Supply was then restored through an alternative connection to minimize any inconvenience caused to the nearby areas and community.
Though there has been no loss to property, while addressing this specific incident, we recognize the importance of proactively addressing similar issues to prevent future disruptions.
