Team Goemkarponn MARGAO: An unidentified elderly man, believed to be around 70 years old, was found lying unconscious on the footpath along Station Road, Margao, on the evening of September 7. Police said that the man was noticed by locals around 7:35 pm, following which PCR Panaji alerted the authorities.
