According to a complaint lodged by PSI Appa Shinde of Bicholim Police Station, the raid was conducted between 8:37 pm on June 17 and 3:13 am on June 18. Based on a complaint lodged by Head Constable Pritam Dabholkar of Mapusa Police Station, the accused, identified as Tulshidas Bhikaji Rao, a resident of Rajwado, Mapusa, was found conducting a game of chance between 6:45 pm and 7:45 pm on June 17.
