Goemkarponn Desk PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that Goa government will put a system in place before the next financial year to ensure that all the panchayats get equal share of govt funds. He said panchayats that do not submit utilization certificates of funds received under 14th finance commission did not receive funds released under 15th finance commission.
