Police said the accused Halwai was nabbed at the parking area outside Bits Pilani Campus, Sancoale, based upon specific and reliable information in a narcotics raid conducted by PSI Sanket Talker. The Ganja was found in the toolbox of TVS Jupiter bearing no GA06Y4083.
