Goemkarponn desk Panaji: Two Kazakhstan nationals were among 17 persons rescued along the state’s coastline over the long Diwali weekend. The double rescue was conducted at Arambol beach, when the two Kazakhs aged 31 and 36 years who were caught in a rip current while swimming, were unable to make it to shore.
