Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: The owner of 31 villas in Sebastian Vaddo, Anjuna, Vianaar Construction Pvt Ltd (La Olalian), has been fined Rs 2.77 crore by the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) for operating without a sewage treatment facility and permission. Asking “why you should not pay environmental compensation of Rs 2,77,25,000 to the Board for violation under Air and Water pollution Act,” the Board served the company with a show-cause notice on February 12.
