Goemkarponn Desk MARGAO: Railway Protection Force (RPF) have arrested three persons who befriended strangers in train and looted them after giving them food and drinks laced with sleeping pills powder. As per information all three accused are natives of Bihar but presently residing at Ponda and are identified as Mo Sartaj (age 29 yrs), Chandan Kumar ( age 23 yrs), and Dara Kumar (age 29 yrs).
