Team Goemkarponn PORVORIM: The Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, in collaboration with the Rural Development Agency (RDA), Government of Goa, has launched the Deendayal Gramin Kaushalya Yojana (DDGKY) in the state, aimed at providing job-oriented skill training to unemployed rural youth. The scheme is targeted at students who have passed Class 8 to Class 10 and are currently unemployed.
